Congratulations to your Boys Varsity Basketball Team on their convincing win over Belchertown last night on the road.  Dwayne Collins had 16 points, while Nathan Colon and Tayvon Hodge had 11 apiece to key the win.  The JV won the preliminary game by a score of 65 – You’re your girls didn’t fare as well.  The Freshmen took a nice one-sided win with Quantavia Haines recording 9 points and 16 rebounds, while Aniyah Forbes had 14 points to lead all scorers.  Both your JV and Varsity Girls lost close games to Chicopee on the road.  Madison Sinkfield had 13 points to lead all Varsity scorers. Tonight, your Girls Varsity Basketball Team has a special 6 PM – Varsity ONLY – game here against Amherst High, while the Boys JV and Varsity travel to South Hadley – games begin at 5:30 PM, and the Girls Freshmen Basketball Team travels to Granby High for an afternoon contest.  Tomorrow has the Wrestling Team in action on the road at Braintree High School, while the Girls Basketball Team gets out to Emmanuel College for a game against Arlington Catholic.  February kicks the final month of winter play off with Chicopee Comp girls here for games tipping at 5:30 PM.  Let’s get out there and fill the stands with Bulldog fans.

Congratulations to the Wrestling Team on their big league win over Franklin Tech last night.  Christain Garcia-Nieves, Brain Lavalley, Jalen Rogers, Joe Malmborg, Kolby Smith, Kyle Pingree and Guilmond Torres each recorded a pin in the match.  Today we have the Girls JV and Varsity basketball teams travelling to Chicopee High for games beginning at 5:30 PM, while the Freshmen Girls are here in the main gym beginning at 3:30 PM.  Also today, your Boys JV and Varsity teams travel to Belchertown for games that tip at 5:30 PM.  Tomorrow, your Girls Varsity basketball team has a special 6 PM – varsity only – game here against Amherst High, while the Boys JV and Varsity travel to South Hadley – games begin at 5:30 PM, and the Girls Freshmen basketball team travels to Granby High.  Saturday has the Wrestling team in action on the road at Braintree High School, while the Girls Basketball team gets out to Emmanuel College for a game against Arlington Catholic.  Let’s get out there and fill the stands with Bulldog fans.

Your Girls JV Basketball Team took a hard fought win over Chicopee Comp yesterday as Kyla Hill and Paris Lizana scored 10 points apiece to lead the way.  Tianna Scott had a big 4th quarter with 6 rebounds, 5 blocks and 5 steals.  The Varsity took got off to an early lead, but were unable to hold on as they lost to Comp by a score of 66 – 50.  Janaiya Sanchez had 16 points in the losing effort.  Today both Girls Teams get out to Brockton High for games at 5:30 and 7:00 PM and tomorrow, the Wrestling Team enters an individual tournament at Chicopee High.  Let’s get out there and fill the stands with Bulldog fans.

Your Freshmen Boys Basketball Team fell to Amherst yesterday afternoon by a score of 80 – 63.  Jamal Jackson had 22 points in the loss.  Your Boys JV and Varsity Teams also dropped their games here against Amherst last night.  Dwayne Collins had 19 points in the Varsity contest.  Today, your Girls JV and Varsity Basketball teams travel to Chicopee Comp, while the Freshmen entertain Comp in the main gym with a 3:30 PM tip.  Tomorrow both Girls Teams get out to Brockton High for games at 5:30 and 7:00 PM and on Saturday, the Wrestling Team enters an individual tournament at Chicopee High.  Let’s get out there and fill the stands with Bulldog fans.

Kelsie Jacobs had 24 points and grabbed 12 rebounds as your Girls Varsity Basketball Team earned a one-sided win over Belchertown last night.  Jaliena Sanchez added 11 points and 9 boards to help seal the win.  Last night came on the heels on your girls come from behind win at Hoophall over previously undefeated Hoosac Valley.  Your Girls JV team earned a hard fought win over Belchertown last night.  Your Boys Varsity, despite 15 points from Pierrce Holmes, fell to Minnechaug by a score of 52 – 51.  Chase Jackson had 13 points, but the Freshmen Boys Team lost to Minnechaug by a score of 46- 47.  Your Girls Freshmen Team, led by Quantavia Haines, defeated Pioneer Valley Regional yesterday morning.  Finally, the Wrestling Team split their weekend tournament out East as Kolby Smith and Christian Garcia-Nieves took home three individual wins apiece on the day.  Today we have your Boys JV and Freshmen Basketball Teams travelling to Longmeadow and tomorrow it’s both the JV and Varsity Basketball Teams here at home and the Wrestling Team getting over to Granby High.  Let’s get out there and fill the stands with Bulldog fans.

Dwayne Collins took  home the Most Outstanding Player Award, but your Boys Varsity Basketball Team lost to Longmeadow High at the Hoophall last night.  Kolby Hightower, Tayvon Hodge and Justin Rennis were solid throughout and the boys managed to take the lead midway through the third quarter.  But it wasn’t enough as Longmeadow took the contest by a score of 75 – 59.  Tonight your girls continue the Hoophall fight as they take on the defending Western Mass Champions – Hoosac Regional High School at   5:30 pm.  Tickets at the door are $10 each.  We have a limited number of discount tickets for sale at $6 per ticket.  See Mr. Campagna if you’d like to make a purchase.  We will sell out.  Get your tickets this morning.  Let’s get out there and fill the stands with Bulldog fans.

The Varsity Wrestling Team lost a hard fought, exciting match to Dean Tech last night despite some solid wrestling up and down the lineup.  Kolby Smith, Joe Malmborg, Tyler Flechsig and Kyle Pingree each recorded pins, but it wasn’t enough as the team fell by a score of 35 – 32.

Congratulations to Janaiya Sanchez as she recorded her 1,000th career point and your Girls Varsity Basketball team defeated Holyoke High in overtime by a score of 59 – 57 last night.  Kelsie Jacobs had 21 points and 17 rebounds and Mariah Pendleton had 18 points to lead the way.  The girls were solid defensively as well as Madison Sinkfield had 11 rebounds and Jaliena Sanchez had her usual all around solid floor game.  Quantavia Haines had 15 points and 15 rebounds to lead the Girls JV team to a win over Holyoke in the preliminary game.  Haines led a group of talented players including Frankie Diaz, Kyla Hill and Sam Townsend in the win.  Today it’s the Wrestling Team here for a 7:00 PM match against Dean Tech and then we are on to the Hoophall tournament at Springfield College.  Let’s get out there and fill the stands with Bulldog fans.

Your Boys Varsity Basketball Team lost a tough one to Chicopee Comp last night as Kolby Hightower had 11 points to pace your guys.  The guys also lost the JV game by a score of 57 – 51. 

Today – it’s the Central High girls here to take on your Lady Bulldogs. The JV game tips off at 5:30 pm.  We expect a big crowd, so get here early to avoid being shutout.  The Freshman Girls travel to Central for a 4:00 pm game.  Tomorrow your Wrestling Team travels out East for an all day tournament.  Let’s get out there and fill the stands with Bulldog fans.

Kyla Hill had 11 points and Quantavia Haines added 10 as your Girls Freshmen Basketball Team took a one-sided win over Southbridge High yesterday.  Safarie Bryant, Aniyah Forbes and Ayesha Miller also played well.  Your Boys JV Basketball Team lost an overtime thriller on the road in the Berkshires, while the Varsity fell to Wahconah by a score of 58 – 45.  Tayvon Hodge led all Bulldog scorers with 15 points.   Today, your Girls JV and Varsity teams travel to Minnechaug and the Girls Freshmen are in the main gym at 3:30 pm.  Tomorrow the Wrestling Team gets up to Northampton and later this week – here on Friday – it’s Central High girls here to take on your Lady Bulldogs.   Let’s get out there and fill the stands with Bulldog fans.
