Your baseball teams make the trip to Holyoke Catholic today as the varsity plays a 7 PM game at McKenzie Field.  Tomorrow it’s senior day for the varsity softball team and on Thursday the baseball team closes things out with their own senior day here at the school.  Make plans to attend one of these contests.  Let’s get ready to fill the stands with Bulldog fans.

The spring season athletic awards ceremony and the presentation of senior jackets will be held on June 10th.  Please make plans to attend the festivities.

Informational meetings for fall sport teams will be held today during Student Life Activity period.  If you are in grades 6 – 11 and want to learn more about soccer, girls volleyball, golf, or boys and girls cross country then this meeting will be for you.  Cross country will be held in room 243, boys soccer in room 245, girls soccer in room 215, girls volleyball in room 209 and golf will be held in room 205.

Nasia Torres ad an extra-innings two run double to lead the varsity softball team to an 11 – 9 win over smith Academy on the road.  Sara Brown had four hits and Jada Ficarra pitched the complete game for the win.  Your jv softball team fell to Smith in the early game.  The varsity baseball team lost to Granby by a score of 6-0, while the JV team backed by Matt Parent’s complete game pitching defeated Granby over at Hubbard Park.  James Theriault had 3 hits, John Ortiz hit a homerun and Antonio Rivera had the walk off single to record the win.  Your boys tennis team defeated Sci-Tech to earn a spot in the MIAA team tournament.  Today we have the girls tennis team closing things out with West Springfield and the track teams entering the PVIAC end of year multi-school meet.  Make plans to attend one of these contests.  Let’s get ready to fill the stands with Bulldog fans.

Nasia Torres hit a 3-run home run and Anissa Pouliot had four hits as your varsity softball team earn 14-5 win over Gateway yesterday.  Bailey Barlow had a grand slam home run and Gianni Beradi was solid in the circle as your jv softball team earned a 23-12 win over Gateway as well.  The varsity baseball team dropped a heartbreaker in 10 innings to Gateway by a 7-6 score.  Cameron Roadriguez and Shane Audet had three hits apiece for the guys.  Your varsity volleyball team swept Dean Tech on senior day here at school.  Today we have the softball teams traveling to Smith Academy, the baseball teams have home games against Granby and the boys tennis team closes out the regular season with a match against Sci-Tech.  On Friday we have the girls tennis team closing things out with West Springfield and the track teams entering the PVIAC end of year multi-school meet.  Make plans to attend one of these contests.  Let’s get ready to fill the stands with Bulldog fans.

Your varsity baseball team kept their tournament hopes alive with a 6-2 win over Holyoke Catholic yesterday.  Shayn Audet scattered 3 hits to pick up the complete game win on the mound and he also knocked in two runs to pace the offensive charge.  Your jv team lost despite a solid effort by Austin Lucas.  The varsity softball team pounded out 10 hits, but fell to Easthampton by a score of 11-6.  Kayla Brown, Maggie McCarthy, Anissa Pouliot and Amelia Rivera had two hits apiece on the afternoon.  The girls tennis team was swept by West Springfield by a score of 5-0.  Today we have the boys tennis team over at Central and both track teams will participate in the All-City meet at Central. Tomorrow it is a full day of events as the baseball teams, the softball teams and the varsity volleyball teams are all at home.  Make plans to attend one of these contests.  Let’s get ready to fill the stands with Bulldog fans.

Nasia Torres had four hits including the game winning home run as your varsity softball team earned a come from behind win over Gateway on Saturday.  Stefania Falvo had her first varsity home run earlier in the game to lead the way.  Brandon Cavanaugh was solid on the mound and Cameron Rodriguez and Guilmond Torres had two hits apiece as the varsity baseball team defeated Sci-Tech here on Saturday as well.  Congratulations to both Anh Nuygen and Nathan Reed as they both advanced to the quarter final rounds of the MIAA individual tennis tournament before being eliminated over the weekend.  Today we have the baseball teams at home with games beginning at 4:00 PM, while the softball teams travel to Easthampton for 4:00 PM games as well.  The girls tennis team gets over to West Springfield.  Tomorrow we have the boys tennis team over at Central and both track teams will participate in the All-City meet at Central.  Make plans to attend one of these contests.  Let’s get ready to fill the stands with Bulldog fans.

Both baseball teams lost to St. Mary high last night.  Xavier Vegerano was solid in the varsity game and Julio Ocasio and John Ortiz led the way for the JV.  Today we have the varsity softball team here at 4:00 PM against league leading Southwick High, the volleyball teams are getting over to Sci-Tech and the girls tennis team entertains Ludlow.  Tomorrow the softball teams have a morning game at Gateway and the varsity baseball team is here at 1:00 PM.  Make plans to attend one of these contests.  Let’s get ready to fill the stands with Bulldog fans.

Congratulations to the boys tennis team in their 4-1 win over PVCS yesterday.  Nathan Reed won at first singles, Anh Nugyen won at second singles and Michael Elmasian and Justin Greene-Williams took the honors at second doubles to ensure the win.  Allyssa Padilla and Kayla Brown knocked out two hits apiece, but your varsity softball team lost on the road at McCann Tech.  The Jv softball team took a win thanks to Jillian Jacques grand slam home run and a solid effort inside the circle by Gianna Beradi.  Your varsity volleyball team lost in straight sets to Commerce.  Austin Benoit had 19 assists and David Marsh had 11 kills in the losing effort.  Today has the baseball teams travelling to St. Mary High.  The varsity is under the lights (7 PM start) at Bullens Field in Westfield and tomorrow we have the varsity softball team here at 4:00 PM against league leading Southwick High, the volleyball teams are getting over to Sci-Tech and the girls tennis team entertains Ludlow.  Make plans to attend one of these contests.  Let’s get ready to fill the stands with Bulldog fans.

Your jv softball team earned a 20-10 win over Pathfinder yesterday as Nasia Torres pitched the complete game for the win.  Jillian Jacques scored four runs in the win.  The jv baseball team lost to Pathfinder by a score of 13-5.  Lorenzo Lugo and James Theriault played well.  Your girls tennis team lost to Holyoke by a 3-2 score.  Abby Sullivan won at first singles and Frankie Diaz and Jada Rogers took home the point at first doubles.  The girls track team cleaned up in the running events yesterday as Gabby Harris won at both the 100 and 200 meter dashes and Anjanay Washington took home top honors in the 400 meter race.  Erykah Morgan, May Ellen Manley, the 4 by 100 and the 4 by 400 relay teams each took home top honors as well.  Today it’s the softball teams making the trip to McCann Tech, boys tennis at PVCS and the varsity volleyball team entertaining Commerce here.  Thursday has the baseball teams travelling to St. Mary High.  The varsity is under the lights (7 PM start) at Bullens Field in Westfield.  Make plans to attend one of these contests.  Let’s get ready to fill the stands with Bulldog fans.

Michael Elmasian and Zach Thomas won at second doubles to give the boys varsity tennis team a 3-2 win over Turners Falls yesterday.  Their point, coupled with big singles wins by Taariq Woods at third singles and Nathan Reed at first singles kept the guys championship hopes alive and inched the team closer to qualifying for the MIAA team tournament.  Today we have the girls tennis team entertaining Holyoke High, the girls track team getting over to Mahar and the volleyball teams travelling to Ware. Congratulations to your girls tennis team on their exciting 3-2 win over Central yesterday.  Abby Sullivan won in straight sets at first singles and Jada Rogers and Frankie Diaz took home the point at first doubles, while Emma Smith and Aurora Axiotis won the deciding point at second doubles.  Your boys tennis team fell to Westfield by a score of 4-1.  Anh Nugyen won at second singles for the only point of the afternoon.  Your varsity softball team staged a big rally to take the lead in the top of the 7th.  But they couldn’t hold on as they fell to Ware by a score of 7-6.  Sara Brown, Kayla Brown and Anissa Pouliot had two hits apiece to lead the offensive barrage.  Your jv softball team fell to Ware despite getting out to an early lead.  Today it’s your boys and girls track teams getting over to East Longmeadow for a multi-school meet and tomorrow your boys track team takes on Putnam in a morning meet at Central High School.  Make plans to attend one of these contests.  Let’s get ready to fill the stands with Bulldog fans.

Michael Elmasian and Justin Greene-Williams clinched the 3 – 2 win for the boys varsity tennis team with a sweep at second doubles.  Their win, along with singles victories by Anh Nguyen and Taariq Woods clinched the 3-2 team victory over St. Mary High School yesterday. Congratulations to your boys’ varsity volleyball team on their 3-1 win over Dean Tech.  Austin Benoit had 25 assists to help the guys to the victory.  Today it’s the softball teams travelling to Palmer and the baseball teams entertaining Monson all with 4:00 PM starting times.  Tomorrow the softball teams keep right at it as they will travel out to Ware and the girls tennis team travels to Central.  The girls track team matches up with Commerce and the boys tennis team hosts Westfield High.  Finally tomorrow we have both volleyball teams getting over to Holyoke High.  Make plans to attend one of these contests.  Let’s get ready to fill the stands with Bulldog fans.

Congratulations to the girls varsity tennis team as they swept Cathedral yesterday by a 5-0 score.  Abby Sullivan, Olivia Hatten and Cassandra Fairman took the singles matches, while Frankie Diaz and Jada Rogers won at first doubles and Emma Smith and Aurora Axiotis completed the sweep at second doubles.  Marcus Hernandez had two hits and two RBI, but the varsity baseball team dropped a road game at Hampshire Regional.  Your varsity softball team knocked out 7 hits and Jada Ficarra pitched well enough to win, but the girls dropped an 8-4 game to Holyoke Catholic.   Today we have varsity volleyball over at Dean Tech and the boys tennis team entertaining St. Mary High at Forest Park.  Tomorrow it’s the softball teams travelling to Palmer and the baseball teams entertaining Monson.  Make plans to attend one of these contests.  Let’s get ready to fill the stands with Bulldog fans.

Kyle Pingree was solid on the mound and Xavier Vegerano continued his hot hitting ways as your varsity baseball team beat Mt. Everett by a score of 4-1.  The jv baseball team fell to Mt. Everett despite solid play from Dariel Sanatgan and Lorenzo Lugo.  Your varsity softball team lost to Monson on the road on Friday.  Kianna Dunkelly and Sara Brown provided the offensive punch.  Your jv softball team lost by Mercy Rule.  Firday also saw the varsity volleyball team drop a 3-1 match to Sci-Tech.  Colin Fairman had 24 assists, while Ryan Robbins had 20 digs in the losing effort.  The jv volleyball team, led by Esias Valentine and Ray Caquias who got things going early, defeated Sci-Tech in the preliminary match,.  Joe Torres, Toren Hill and Austin Benoit were solid in the win.  Today we have the girls tennis team travelling to Cathedral and both baseball teams getting over to Hampshire Regional.  The varsity softball team will be here against Holyoke Catholic in a league game beginning at 4:00 PM.  Tomorrow we have varsity volleyball over at Dean Tech and the boys tennis team entertaining St. Mary High at Forest Park.  Make plans to attend one of these contests.  Let’s get ready to fill the stands with Bulldog fans.
