Hall of Fame Induction/Coaches’ Appreciation Dinner

Our annual Hall of Fame Induction  / Coaches’ Appreciation Dinner will be held on Sunday, June 12th at the Ludlow Country Club.  You are cordially invited to attend the dinner (at no cost) to celebrate our newest inductees and show our appreciation for your service.  (Guests are welcome at a cost of $20 per ticket with $5.00 in raffle tickets being provided.)  A cash bar will be open during the event.

As the committee prepares for the evening we would like to request your help in supplying the gift baskets which will be raffled off to help offset the cost of the dinner.  “Baskets” should have a retail value of at least $20 and can be as simple as a gift certificate or be a themed basket (car wash basket, movie tickets and popcorn, beach basket, etc.) that may cover anything you might imagine.

The evening itself is usually a fun event as the inductees are introduced to the audience, their accomplishments reviewed and they give a short acceptance speech.

We need a number attending prior to the end of May.  If you would like to attend please respond to this email so we know to include you in the count.  If you are bringing a guest(s), please let me know as well.  A check may be mailed to me at school for $20 per person.  Finally, if you are planning to donate a gift basket, can you please also let me know that as well and Kelli Holt will contact you with further pick up or delivery instructions.

Thank you very much for your ongoing support and help with functions such as these.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
